Our Team

Dr. Patrick Jones is a 2009 graduate of the University of Iowa College of Dentistry. Dr. Jones also completed a one-year of general practice residency at Truman Medical Center in Kansas City, Missouri where he focused on implants, oral surgery, and pediatric dental care. He is a member of the American Dental Association and Iowa Dental Association and is the President of the Southeast Iowa District Dental Society.

Originally born in Iowa, Dr. Jones spent most of his life in Oregon, IL where he met and married his high school sweetheart, Jessica. They have been blessed with two daughters that are attending school in the Fairfield school district. Dr.Jones enjoys the great outdoors, spending time with family, running, and doing various projects on his family farm.

Dr. Jones has been active in the community. In 2016 he completed the Fairfield Leadership program. he is an active member of his church and is doing various community activities with the Knights of Columbus. He is passionate about creating a positive lifelong relationship with you and your family.

Dr. Matt Holt is a 2013 graduate of Creighton University School of Dentistry in Omaha, Nebraska. He is a member of the American Dental Association, Iowa Dental Association, and the Southeast Iowa District Dental Society.

Denise Hall is the Practice Administrator for the Fairfield Dental Clinic.  She has been here for over 39 years – she started as an assistant years ago, and still maintains all her certifications to be a dental assistant so she can help out in the back if they need her.  She can help you with your appointments, as well as filing your insurance or arrange financing if that’s something you’re interested in.

Denise enjoys volunteering and currently serves as President of the Fairfield Area Chamber of Commerce, as well as serving on the Executive Team for the Chamber Board, and the Indian Hills Community College Dental Advisory Board, am the Secretary for the Fairfield Lions Club, and am a Packwood Area TTT member.  In her free time, she enjoys reading, antiquing, and spending time at Lake Rathbun.

Denise lives in Linby with my husband Brad.  She has three grown kids that are all married, and three awesome granddaughters, Audrey, Abbey, and Zoe!

Donna has been a registered dental hygienist for 33 years.  Donna lives in Richland with her husband Lee, who is self-employed, and their two daughters Carrington and Remington.  In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Nicole Marble graduated from Indian Hills Community College with her Dental Assisting diploma in 2021, and her AA in Dental Hygiene in 2022. After graduating, she worked in public health, and joined the team at Fairfield Dental Clinic in July of 2023.

Nicole is passionate about oral health and educating her patients.

Nicole lives in Fairfield with her boyfriend and two sons.

Gina began her career in the dental field as a dental assistant at Fairfield Dental Clinic in 1991. She later earned her Associate of Applied Science degree in Dental Hygiene and graduated in 2001 as a Registered Dental Hygienist. What she values most about her role is the opportunity to build lasting relationships with her patients – she genuinely cares about each one. Gina is known for her gentle touch, attention to detail, and ability to help patients feel at ease during their visits. She stays current with advancements in dental hygiene through regular continuing education, ensuring she provides the highest level of care.

A lifelong member of the community, Gina is an active member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church and the proud mother of three grown children. She shares, “When I’m not caring for smiles, you’ll find me lifting weights, pulling weeds, or booking my next travel adventure!”

Brenda has been a dental assistant for 34 years.

She lives in Keosauqua with her husband, Doug. They have two sons and two granddaughters. Brenda enjoys spending time with her family, watching the Iowa Hawkeyes, and baking.

Ayden resides in Ottumwa with her husband and their dog. She graduated in 2025 from Kirkwood Community College with a degree in Dental Hygiene. She is passionate about advancing oral health and committed to educating patients on the importance of dental care.

Outside of my professional interests, She enjoys traveling, hiking, and spending meaningful time with family and friends. She also appreciates downtime at home, often watching movies, to recharge.
